3. Бесплатная игра и добровольная поддержка
Играть можно бесплатно. Поддержка проекта — добровольная. В знак благодарности за поддержку начисляются Melcosoft Game Coins (MSGC). 4. Доступность и изменения
Сервисы предоставляются «как есть» и «по мере доступности». Мы стараемся поддерживать их работу, но не гарантируем её бесперебойность. Мы можем изменять, приостанавливать или прекращать работу любой части Сервисов, включая игровые серверы и функции.
5. Контент
Права на размещённый вами контент остаются за вами, а нам вы разрешаете показывать его в Сервисах. Не размещайте незаконный контент и контент, нарушающий права других. Мы можем удалить контент, нарушающий эти Условия или правила.
Названия игр и товарные знаки, упоминаемые в Сервисах, принадлежат их правообладателям.

7. Ограничение ответственности

These Terms govern your use of the Services operated by Melcosoft LLC ("Melcosoft", "we"): the website https://melcosoft.cc, the master account portal, the forum, the support portal, Melcosoft Launcher and our game servers. 1. Accounts
You are responsible for your master account and the game accounts linked to it, and for keeping your password secret. Provide accurate information and tell us through support if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Rules of conduct
You must follow the game rules and forum rules published on our forum https://melcosoft.community. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using third-party software that gives an unfair advantage, harassment, fraud and attempts to disrupt the Services are prohibited. We may restrict or close accounts that break the rules.
3. Free to play and voluntary support
The games are free to play. Supporting the project is voluntary. As a thank-you for support you receive Melcosoft Game Coins (MSGC). MSGC are not money, not a payment instrument and not an investment; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back for money or transferred outside the Services. 4. Availability and changes
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, including game servers and features.
5. Content

Game titles and trademarks mentioned in the Services belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melcosoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of game items or progress, or interruptions of the Services.
