These Terms govern your use of the Services operated by Melcosoft LLC ("Melcosoft", "we"): the website https://melcosoft.cc, the master account portal, the forum, the support portal, Melcosoft Launcher and our game servers. 1. Accounts

You are responsible for your master account and the game accounts linked to it, and for keeping your password secret. Provide accurate information and tell us through support if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Rules of conduct

You must follow the game rules and forum rules published on our forum https://melcosoft.community. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using third-party software that gives an unfair advantage, harassment, fraud and attempts to disrupt the Services are prohibited. We may restrict or close accounts that break the rules.

3. Free to play and voluntary support

The games are free to play. Supporting the project is voluntary. As a thank-you for support you receive Melcosoft Game Coins (MSGC). MSGC are not money, not a payment instrument and not an investment; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back for money or transferred outside the Services. 4. Availability and changes

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, including game servers and features.

5. Content

You keep ownership of content you post, and you give us permission to display it within the Services. You must not post content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or our rules.

Game titles and trademarks mentioned in the Services belong to their respective owners.

6. YouTube

Our YouTube channel and any features of the Services that use YouTube are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melcosoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of game items or progress, or interruptions of the Services.
