1. Cuentas
Eres responsable de tu cuenta maestra y de las cuentas de juego vinculadas, así como de mantener tu contraseña en secreto. Facilita información correcta y avisa a soporte si sospechas de un acceso no autorizado.
2. Normas de conducta
Debes cumplir las normas del juego y del foro publicadas en nuestro foro https://melcosoft.community. Están prohibidos las trampas, el aprovechamiento de errores, el software de terceros que dé ventaja injusta, el acoso, el fraude y los intentos de perturbar los Servicios. Podemos restringir o cerrar las cuentas que incumplan las normas.
3. Juego gratuito y apoyo voluntario
Los juegos son gratuitos. Apoyar el proyecto es voluntario. Como agradecimiento por tu apoyo recibes Melcosoft Game Coins (MSGC). 4. Disponibilidad y cambios
Los Servicios se ofrecen «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». Trabajamos para mantenerlos en funcionamiento, pero no garantizamos un servicio ininterrumpido. Podemos cambiar, suspender o cerrar cualquier parte de los Servicios, incluidos servidores de juego y funciones.
5. Contenido
Conservas la titularidad del contenido que publicas y nos permites mostrarlo dentro de los Servicios. No publiques contenido ilegal o que vulnere derechos de terceros. Podemos retirar el contenido que incumpla estos Términos o nuestras normas.
Los títulos de juegos y marcas mencionados en los Servicios pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares.
6. YouTube

7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Melcosoft no responde de daños indirectos o consecuentes, de la pérdida de objetos o progreso en el juego ni de las interrupciones de los Servicios.

These Terms govern your use of the Services operated by Melcosoft LLC ("Melcosoft", "we"): the website https://melcosoft.cc, the master account portal, the forum, the support portal, Melcosoft Launcher and our game servers. 1. Accounts
You are responsible for your master account and the game accounts linked to it, and for keeping your password secret. Provide accurate information and tell us through support if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Rules of conduct
You must follow the game rules and forum rules published on our forum https://melcosoft.community. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using third-party software that gives an unfair advantage, harassment, fraud and attempts to disrupt the Services are prohibited. We may restrict or close accounts that break the rules.
3. Free to play and voluntary support
The games are free to play. Supporting the project is voluntary. As a thank-you for support you receive Melcosoft Game Coins (MSGC). MSGC are not money, not a payment instrument and not an investment; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back for money or transferred outside the Services. 4. Availability and changes
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them running but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, including game servers and features.
5. Content
You keep ownership of content you post, and you give us permission to display it within the Services. You must not post content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or our rules.
Game titles and trademarks mentioned in the Services belong to their respective owners.
6. YouTube

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melcosoft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of game items or progress, or interruptions of the Services.
